goodness gracious me
it's been too long. but on other online writing venues, it hasn't. I've been busy doing the corporate blog for my day job. I've tinkered with my new knitting blog a few times since we got the dog. but this and my even more secret DL and LJ and MWK have languished. No, no links. If you know, you know.
little did I realize that not writing would have some ill effects. as I've gotten more and more stressed out at work, overwhelmed and behind, I lost touch with my own mind. my own self. I felt at the beck and call of every project and deadline and everyone else except me.
I don't have anything profound to say, it just feels good to be writing again. writing unguarded and not worrying about whether my not-so petty problems have a place in a crafty public blog.
reading you, dear friend(s), has made me happy. I just need to remember to take some time for myself and get in here more often. that way I can be "OK" with not running and forcing myself out of the Big Sur marathon.
